Author Guidelines
Please prepare your manuscript according to the following common requirements before submission.
Important: Before submitting, confirm that the selected journal accepts your subject, language and publication type. Journal-specific fees and service options shown in the current APC Calculator or official submission form take priority over old screenshots or copied information.

1. Before You Submit
- Submit only original and unpublished work.
- Submit the manuscript to only one journal at a time.
- Choose a journal that accepts the manuscript's subject area and language.
- AI tools may be used for limited assistance, but the manuscript must not be generated entirely by AI. Material AI assistance should be disclosed where appropriate.
- Proofread the manuscript carefully for language, spelling, grammar and typing errors.

3. Manuscript Structure
- Title: Keep the title clear, concise and relevant to the study.
- Author details: Provide author name(s), affiliation(s), designation and the corresponding author's email address.
- Abstract: Summarize the purpose, method, major findings and conclusion in approximately 200–250 words.
- Keywords: Add relevant keywords immediately after the abstract. Follow the current journal template or submission form for the required number of keywords.
- Introduction: Explain the background, research problem, objectives and scope.
- Main body: Organize the paper in logical sections such as literature review, methodology, results and discussion, wherever applicable.
- Conclusion: Present the main findings, significance and relevant implications.
- References: List all cited sources consistently in a recognized style appropriate to the subject.
- Declarations: Include funding, conflict of interest, ethics approval, consent, acknowledgements and data statements wherever applicable.
4. Word Limit and File Requirements
- Online journals: Keep the manuscript between 2,500 and 5,000 words.
- Online + Print journals: Keep the manuscript between 2,500 and 4,000 words.
- The APC Calculator can accept up to 25,000 words for fee calculation. This is a calculator/system limit and does not change the normal manuscript-length guidelines above.
- Submit the manuscript as a Microsoft Word file in .doc or .docx format.
- Keep the file size within the limit shown on the selected journal's official submission form.
- Use the current paper template if the selected journal provides one.
5. Originality, Similarity and Ethics
- All manuscripts may be checked for plagiarism or similarity.
- Follow the current plagiarism policy published on the selected journal's official website.
- Plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated or falsified data and undisclosed self-plagiarism are not allowed.
- Give proper credit for quotations, data, tables, figures, images and ideas taken from other sources.
- List as authors only those who made a genuine scholarly contribution and ensure that all authors approve the final manuscript.
- For research involving human participants, animals or sensitive data, include the required ethics approval and consent information.
- Disclose relevant funding and conflicts of interest.
6. References, Tables and Figures
- Use a consistent reference style appropriate to the subject, such as APA, MLA, Chicago or IEEE.
- Every in-text citation must appear in the reference list, and every listed reference should be cited in the text.
- Number and title tables, figures, charts and illustrations, and refer to them in the manuscript text.
- Use clear, high-quality images and provide source acknowledgement or permission where required.
- Check all references for completeness and accuracy before submission.
7. Submission and APC
- Submit the manuscript only through the selected journal's official online submission form.
- No publication fee is payable at the time of submission. APC is payable only after formal acceptance.
- Use the current APC Calculator for the applicable fee, additional-word charges, author charges, DOI options and print-copy options.
- Make payment only through the official payment method communicated by Sabad Prakashan or the selected journal.
8. Final Checklist
- The selected journal accepts the manuscript's subject, language and publication type.
- The manuscript follows the correct word limit, structure, formatting and paper template.
- The Word file meets the upload-size requirement.
- All citations, declarations, permissions and author approvals are complete.
- The current plagiarism policy and APC Calculator have been checked.
- The manuscript has been proofread and is ready for editorial review.

1. शोध-पत्र भेजने से पहले
- केवल मौलिक और पहले से अप्रकाशित शोध-पत्र भेजें।

- पहले जाँच लें कि चुना गया जर्नल आपके विषय और भाषा के शोध-पत्र स्वीकार करता है।
- AI टूल का सीमित सहायता के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है, लेकिन पूरा शोध-पत्र AI से तैयार नहीं होना चाहिए। जहाँ आवश्यक हो, AI सहायता का उल्लेख करें।

3. शोध-पत्र में क्या-क्या होना चाहिए
- शीर्षक: छोटा, स्पष्ट और शोध के विषय के अनुसार रखें।
- लेखक विवरण: सभी लेखकों के नाम, पद/विभाग, संस्थान और संपर्क लेखक का ईमेल दें।
- सारांश: लगभग 200–250 शब्दों में शोध का उद्देश्य, विधि, मुख्य निष्कर्ष और निष्कर्ष संक्षेप में लिखें।
- बीज शब्द: सारांश के तुरंत बाद विषय से जुड़े उपयुक्त बीज शब्द लिखें। संख्या के लिए संबंधित जर्नल के वर्तमान पेपर टेम्पलेट या सबमिशन फ़ॉर्म को देखें।
- भूमिका: विषय की पृष्ठभूमि, शोध-समस्या, उद्देश्य और अध्ययन की सीमा समझाएँ।
- मुख्य आलेख: जरूरत के अनुसार साहित्य समीक्षा, शोध-विधि, परिणाम, चर्चा आदि भाग रखें। मुख्य सामग्री अनुच्छेदों में लिखें; पूरे शोध-पत्र को केवल बिंदुओं में न लिखें।
- निष्कर्ष: शोध से प्राप्त मुख्य निष्कर्ष और उनकी उपयोगिता स्पष्ट करें।
- संदर्भ सूची: जिन स्रोतों का उपयोग किया है, उन्हें एक समान और मान्य संदर्भ शैली में लिखें।
- अन्य घोषणाएँ: जहाँ लागू हो, वित्तीय सहायता, हित-संघर्ष, नैतिक स्वीकृति, सहमति और आभार का उल्लेख करें।
4. शब्द-सीमा और फ़ाइल
- केवल Online जर्नल: शोध-पत्र 2,500 से 5,000 शब्द के बीच रखें।
- Online + Print जर्नल: शोध-पत्र 2,500 से 4,000 शब्द के बीच रखें।
- APC कैलकुलेटर शुल्क की गणना के लिए अधिकतम 25,000 शब्द स्वीकार करता है। यह केवल कैलकुलेटर की तकनीकी/शुल्क-गणना सीमा है; इससे ऊपर दी गई सामान्य शोध-पत्र शब्द-सीमा नहीं बदलती।
- फ़ाइल Microsoft Word की .doc या .docx होनी चाहिए।
- फ़ाइल का आकार संबंधित जर्नल के सबमिशन फ़ॉर्म में दी गई सीमा के भीतर रखें।
- यदि जर्नल ने पेपर टेम्पलेट दिया है, तो उसी के अनुसार शोध-पत्र तैयार करें।
5. मौलिकता और शोध नैतिकता
- शोध-पत्र की plagiarism/similarity जाँच की जा सकती है। स्वीकार्य सीमा के लिए संबंधित जर्नल की वर्तमान plagiarism policy देखें।
- साहित्यिक चोरी, एक ही सामग्री का दोहरा प्रकाशन, मनगढ़ंत या गलत आँकड़े और बिना उल्लेख के self-plagiarism स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।
- किसी अन्य स्रोत से लिया गया विचार, उद्धरण, आँकड़ा, चित्र या तालिका हो तो उसका सही संदर्भ दें।
- लेखक के रूप में केवल उन्हीं लोगों का नाम दें जिन्होंने शोध में वास्तविक योगदान दिया है। सभी लेखक अंतिम पांडुलिपि से सहमत हों।
- मानव प्रतिभागियों, पशुओं या संवेदनशील आँकड़ों से जुड़े शोध में जहाँ आवश्यक हो, नैतिक स्वीकृति और सहमति की जानकारी दें।
- वित्तीय सहायता या हित-संघर्ष हो तो उसे स्पष्ट रूप से बताएं।
6. संदर्भ, तालिकाएँ और चित्र
- विषय के अनुसार APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE या अन्य मान्य संदर्भ शैली का एक समान उपयोग करें।
- पाठ में जिस स्रोत का उल्लेख है, वह संदर्भ सूची में भी होना चाहिए। संदर्भ सूची में दिए गए स्रोतों का पाठ में उचित उल्लेख होना चाहिए।
- तालिकाओं, चित्रों, चार्टों आदि को क्रमांक और स्पष्ट शीर्षक दें तथा पाठ में उनका उल्लेख करें।
- चित्र साफ और अच्छी गुणवत्ता के हों। जहाँ जरूरी हो, स्रोत या उपयोग की अनुमति का उल्लेख करें।
- सभी संदर्भों के लेखक, वर्ष, शीर्षक, जर्नल/पुस्तक का नाम, पृष्ठ, DOI/URL आदि उपलब्ध जानकारी सावधानी से जाँचें।
संदर्भ लिखने का सरल ढाँचा:
पुस्तक — लेखक का नाम। (वर्ष)। पुस्तक का नाम। प्रकाशक।
शोध-लेख — लेखक का नाम। (वर्ष)। लेख का शीर्षक। जर्नल का नाम, खंड(अंक), पृष्ठ। DOI/URL (यदि उपलब्ध हो)।
पुस्तक — लेखक का नाम। (वर्ष)। पुस्तक का नाम। प्रकाशक।
शोध-लेख — लेखक का नाम। (वर्ष)। लेख का शीर्षक। जर्नल का नाम, खंड(अंक), पृष्ठ। DOI/URL (यदि उपलब्ध हो)।
7. सबमिशन और APC
- शोध-पत्र केवल चुने गए जर्नल के आधिकारिक ऑनलाइन सबमिशन फ़ॉर्म से भेजें।
- शोध-पत्र जमा करते समय प्रकाशन शुल्क नहीं देना होता। APC केवल शोध-पत्र स्वीकार होने के बाद देय होता है।
- वर्तमान शुल्क, अतिरिक्त शब्दों/लेखकों का शुल्क, DOI और प्रिंट कॉपी के विकल्प देखने के लिए APC कैलकुलेटर का उपयोग करें।
- पुराने स्क्रीनशॉट या पहले भेजी गई शुल्क जानकारी पर निर्भर न रहें। भुगतान केवल आधिकारिक माध्यम से करें।
8. जमा करने से पहले अंतिम जाँच
- जर्नल आपके विषय, भाषा और प्रकाशन प्रकार के लिए सही है।
- शोध-पत्र निर्धारित शब्द-सीमा और पेपर टेम्पलेट के अनुसार है।
- शीर्षक, सारांश, बीज शब्द, मुख्य आलेख, निष्कर्ष और संदर्भ सूची पूरी है।
- सभी स्रोतों, चित्रों और तालिकाओं का सही संदर्भ दिया गया है।
- लेखक विवरण और जरूरी घोषणाएँ पूरी हैं।
- फ़ाइल सही Word format में है और अंतिम proofreading कर ली गई है।
