Sabad Prakashan is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. This policy applies to publication fees, DOI-related services, printed materials, shipping charges, and other services provided through our website or associated journal platforms.

1. Withdrawal Before Acceptance

Authors may withdraw a manuscript before acceptance without paying any withdrawal charge.

If no payment has been made, the manuscript will be closed after the withdrawal request is verified.

2. Cancellation After Acceptance or Payment

Publication fees are generally paid after a manuscript has been reviewed and accepted.

Once the manuscript has been accepted, payment has been completed, or publication processing has started, the amount paid is normally non-refundable. This is because editorial processing, formatting, proofreading, DOI preparation, or other publication-related work may already have begun.

Requests made immediately after payment and before processing starts may be reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.

3. Eligible Refunds

A full or partial refund may be considered in cases such as:

• Duplicate or excess payment
• Amount charged more than once
• Verified technical or payment-system error
• Incorrect amount charged
• Payment received for a service that Sabad Prakashan is unable to provide
• Other exceptional cases approved after review

Payment or transaction proof may be required for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are normally not provided when:

• Publication processing has already started
• The article has been formatted, published, or assigned a DOI
• The author changes their decision after acceptance or payment
• Required documents, corrections, or information are not provided
• Delay is caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the author
• The manuscript violates publication ethics, copyright, originality, or journal policies
• The service has already been completed or delivered
• Expected indexing, citations, rankings, or academic outcomes are not achieved

Payment does not guarantee indexing, citations, academic recognition, employment, promotion, or any other professional outcome.

5. Printed Materials and Shipping

If printed materials are damaged, defective, or incorrect, the recipient should contact Sabad Prakashan promptly and provide photographs of the package and contents.

After verification, a replacement or another appropriate resolution may be provided.

Shipping or re-dispatch charges resulting from an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal of delivery are normally non-refundable.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

A failed, cancelled, pending, reversed, or timed-out transaction is not considered successful unless the payment has been received by Sabad Prakashan.

If an amount is debited but the transaction is not confirmed, the payer should first check with their bank or payment provider. If the amount has been successfully received but the order or payment status is not updated, please contact us with the transaction details.

7. Refund Request

Refund requests must be sent to prakashansabad@gmail.com within 7 days of the relevant payment or issue.

Please include:

• Author’s name
• Paper ID or Submission ID
• Journal name
• Payment date and amount
• Transaction reference
• Payment proof
• Reason for requesting the refund

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The final credit time may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
